Have It Tall has a 90 day return policy.

You may return the unused/unworn item with tags still attached for any reason (final sales items excluded). When trying on a garment, make sure not to get any make-up, cologne or perfume on the garment as we will be unable to issue a credit. Custom items are not returnable.

The t-shirts runs small and not as thick as I am use to

The t-shirts runs small and not as thick as I am use to. Customer service help a little. Remember you have pay shipping for returns.

Thank you for the input. If any of our items are out of specification on measurements, we offer a full refund without the need of return. We would just need photos to show the size is outside of specs.
