Refund policy
Have It Tall has an easy 90 day return policy.
You may return the unused/unworn/unwashed item with tags still attached for any reason (final sales items excluded). When trying on a garment, make sure not to get any make-up, cologne or perfume on the garment. Any garments returned which are 1) not in new condition or 2) past the return window or 3)was a final sales item which is not returnable will be donated to charity and a credit will not be issued. Custom items and final sale items are not returnable. 90 days is measured from the date the order is placed to the day we receive the item(s) back.

We recommend return by USPS as they are generally cheapest. Be sure to send with a tracking number to ensure delivery
Include the original invoice/packing slip to insure proper credit. We will issue a full refund, including any shipping you may have paid to deliver the shirt to you. If you prefer to exchange the item, please include a note letting us know what you would like in exchange. If we do not have the item in stock, we will issue a refund.
In the very rare case that we have sent an incorrect or damaged item, contact us at info@haveittall.com and send a photo of the item. We will make sure it is corrected to your satisfaction right away.
