ORDERING
How do I track my package?
Enjoy the ride every step of the way. After making your purchase, you will receive an email receipt and confirmation of your order. You can log-in to your account at any time to track your order. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped. That shipping receipt will also contain the tracking number with a link to track your order.
What if I do not receive my order?
After tracking your order at USPS.COM or UPS.COM and you are still unable to determine where your order is, please contact us here to let us know and we will follow up.
Can I ship to APO?FPO addresses?
haveittall.com offers U.S. Priority Mail service to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses. Due to military handling times, we cannot estimate shipping times to APO/FPO addresses. be sure to enter the APO or FPO information in the city field and the Armed Forces code in the State field of the shipping form.

Do you sell wholesale?
We occasionally sell wholesale to printers, groups, clubs and other decorators. We do not sell Have It Tall branded merchandise for resale without decoration. Send your wholesale inquiry here
How do I make changes to an order?
We all change our mind sometimes. If you've submitted an order online that hasn't shipped yet and you wish to modify or cancel the order, please contact us here so we can help.
SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Have It Tall brand items are shipped in 1 or 2 business days. Other brands that we carry can take up to 5 business days for us to ship as we may have to get inventory from other warehouses. We ship all of our website orders before fulfilling orders on other sales platforms.
How do you ship?
We ship by standard USPS or UPS Ground service depending on the size of the package. Shipping transit time ranges from 1 to 5 days.
How much is shipping?
The shipping charge is a flat 4.95. Have It Tall offers free shipping on all orders over $60
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to addresses in the USA at this time.

You’re detail oriented. We like that. Fabric and materials information can be found with the product descriptions on the individual product pages. If you need more detailed information on a specific item, please contact us here.
Where can I find the size charts?
Links to the size charts can be found on each product page near the top. Clicking on the link will open the size cart. If you do not see a size chart, it means we missed posting it. Let us know and we will give you 100 loyalty reward points for helping us keep current!
The item I want to purchase is out of stock. Can I order it and have it ship when its available again?
If the words “out of stock” or “sold out” appear next to the size selection of an item, the item is currently unavailable, and while we wish we had more to offer, there is no guarantee that product will be restocked.

What is your return policy?
At Have It Tall, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase.
If you're not completely satisfied, we offer free exchanges and easy 90 day returns. We do not charge any restocking fees.
